The Trifold wallet is very very cute and practical. It's a great fun to sew with colorful fabrics. The pattern is at intermediate sewing level.

The wallet has seven pockets. Two of them are with zippers. You can put more than 20 cards in them and get them organized very well. Besides, some pockets can hold the bills and coins very well. Compared with the leather wallets sold in store, the handmade fabric wallet has lighter weight and smaller size. You can put it in the pocket of your outfit. That's really good for exercising, shopping and dog walking.

The size of the wallet:

Fold: 3 ¾” X 4 ½”
Unfold: 11 ¼” X 4 ½”

The pattern was written in English. There are plenty of pictures and detailed instructions to show the sewing steps clearly. Usually wallet has tons of fabric pieces and it's easy to mess up during sewing. This pattern shows a neat way to cut and organize them.

The wallet were made of 2 fat quarters, 1/4 yard interfacing, two set of snap fastener, two zippers.

The finished wallets are in my other shop:

Average review
Looks very straight forward. I haven't made it yet, but I think its going to be a great project.

I truly dislike giving bad reviews, but I can't help it with this one and I have to be honest. I'm so sorry to say this, because the shop owner was kind, very quick to answer my questions and wanted to help me, but in the end, the pattern itself was the thing that was lacking. You can't even call it a pattern, really, because there are no pattern pieces. That's just a tutorial. That would save so much time if there were pattern pieces. And there should be for $7. Words are missing from sentences and that makes it difficult to follow along with. I had to re-read a lot! The photos are not all of the same fabric combination, which made it really hard for me to figure out which pieces I was looking at because it would be red/white, then it would switch to orange/blue. It didn't feel cohesive and took days to make. I wish I loved it!
