SHIPPING ADDRESSES We always ship to the address which you provided on your Etsy order. To avoid disappointment please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address.
If your order fails to reach you due to incorrect information being provided, we will reserve the right to charge you for re-sending your order.
LOST PACKAGES IN THE UK Packages are not considered lost until 21 days from the date of postage. If your package was sent by Recorded Delivery you can track your package with a tracking number.
LOST PACKAGES ABROAD We can send you a proof of postage or a tracking number as applicable.
Packages are not considered lost until 45 days from the date of postage.
PACKAGES THAT ARE HELD IN THE POST OFFICE AND NOT COLLECTED These are packages that for some reason are undeliverable. This may be due to an incorrect address, unpaid taxes or other reasons. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that are held. You will need to contact your local mail office to redeliver your parcel. We do not refund postage for packages that are returned due to unpaid custom charges or VAT.
