Additional insurance may be added to any shipment at the cost of the purchaser. Dinnerware may ship in multiple shipments to avoid breakage and reduce cost. Shipments are made via USPS, UPS and Federal Express.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Due to the fragile nature of the items being sold, returns are not accepted. However, should an item be broken or damaged in transit, a claim will be filed and pursued with the help of the purchaser who will be required to provide photos or other materials/information to successfully substantiate the claim with the carrier.
All items are in good and working condition and without defect unless otherwise stated.
