This item is 15 assorted flat duck feathers, from the inside wing of a Muscovy duck. These feathers are interesting to me because they are really like a super archetypal feather, they lay flat and straight, are roughly symetrical and do not have any flashiness or pattern. Oddly, this particular kind of feather, the "plainest" feather I've got, grows only on the inside upper wing of the ducks. These feathers are thin and delicate and there is not much difference between the back and the front. Some of them look like leaves. I include a variety of sizes in the bag, generally between 2-6 inches. They are mostly all grey, tan, white, beige colors. We raise our ducks naturally. The mother ducks sit on their own eggs and raise their own babies on pasture. We raised 2 clutches this year. We try to use every part of the animal and respect them to the end.
