Item details

Unique hand painted design on a Otterbox case by an artist. There may be slight variations in appearance from the display photograph to the actual product due to the artist’s hand strokes. Durable protective finish to protect the paint.

This is an actual OtterBox® Commuter Series® Samsung Galaxy note 5 case that we have customized . We apply the paint to the polycarbonate shell of the Otterbox Commuter case and seal it to minimize flaking.
*These cases are NOT customized by Otterbox.

US & International Orders:

• US orders are ship via post mail unless otherwise specified.
• International orders are ship via post or parcel mail unless otherwise specified.
• Joe Box is not responsible for custom border delays, lost or stolen packages.
• Joe Box is not responsible for custom border duties.
• If you wish a tracking-number for delivery, please contact us prior to ordering for instructions. There is an additional cost of $24.95 USD for this option.

Method for Canada

• I ship via Canada Post to offer you the most economical shipping method possible.
• Domestic orders may take 4 to 6 business days to arrive.
• Canada Post offers delivery confirmation number not tracking numbers. This number will give you a general idea of where your package may be but it does not always reflect its status.

Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments

Canada Post failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance:

• Joe Box is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
• We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
• To purchase insurance please contact us prior to ordering for instructions.

Shipment & Address Changes

I strive to ship same day of purchase, for this reason we will use the address provided to us on the invoice. Be sure to verify your address because:

• I ship to the address listed on the order confirmation form.
• Any package returned due to wrong or an incorrect address will be reship at the cost of the purchaser.

Because of the resources and time we take to get your ordered items to you:

Exchanges + Oopsies

We want you to love your experience with us so if, for some reason, you do decide you want a different item or color I am happy to work with you. To do an exchange:

• The item must be in brand new condition.
• This must be within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
• The buyer must place a new order for replacement, which guarantees the item you would like is available.
• The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges.
• The buyer must contact us for an exchange form, which must be included in the package upon the items return.
• Upon receiving the original ordered item, we will refund the original order.
• Following all of these guidelines ensures your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible

Although I like to consider myself one that never makes a mistake, if your item is damaged or you received the wrong item we are happy to make it right. To replace a damaged item or incorrect item:

• This must be within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
• Send us a convo with your order # and image of the item to verify the item is in fact damaged.
• If the original item you ordered is unavailable, we can issue you a store credit of equal value.

Please know that due to the way I process my orders cancellation requests will not be processed so please double check before you order! Once an order is placed, it will ship. We will ONLY ship the color/item in the main photo of the listing.
