Unless otherwise specified in the individual listings, all items are shipped within 48 hours of your payment clearing. Custom orders may require more time and I will notify you of a shipping date.
I ship using USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Delivery times to destinations outside the U.S. may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Expedited shipping is available at check out, but please note that a guaranteed delivery date is applicable only for Express Mail shipments within the US.
NOTE: **INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL AND EXPRESS MAIL SHIPMENTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE ON A SPECIFIC DATE.** The time frames listed are guidelines provided by the USPS, but packages may take longer to arrive based on location, time of year, and speed of processing by the destination country's customs department.
I currently accept credit card payments through Etsy's Direct Checkout or PayPal. If you'd like to make a purchase using another method of payment, please contact me first. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before an item is shipped.
Please note that Maryland residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.

Returns & exchanges
Paper goods: If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly, either with a refund, replacement or exchange. In cases where an item is damaged in shipping or a mistake was made on my part, I will refund your entire purchase price including shipping and return shipping (if applicable). Buyers are responsible for shipping and return shipping (if applicable) on all other returns (i.e., buyer's mistake or remorse).
For custom items, please note that once you have approved and signed off on the proofs, I am not responsible for any typos or content-related mistakes you find after the pieces are printed. Also, please be aware that the colors in printed pieces may not precisely match what you see on your computer screen. If color is critical to your project, please specify a Pantone Matching System (PMS) color or mail a color swatch that you would like to match. I will gladly send samples and paper swatches upon request as well. For large printed orders, I may require sign-off on a physical proof (mailed to you) before completing production.
Digital Files: Unless otherwise specified in the individual listings, refunds are not permitted due to the nature of the medium. I will do my best to resolve any problems quickly. In addition, if I prepare a digital press-ready file that you take to have printed elsewhere, I am not responsible for any issues relating to the quality of the print job such as color shifting, uneven printing, poor materials, etc. (these are issues you need to resolve with your printer). If you have any issues with a print job, I will be happy to contact your printer to help resolve problems and make adjustments to your file(s), but I can not be responsible for reprinting costs.
