If you require a signature or insurance please convo me before you purchase so I can update the listing accordingly. I am not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. We do not offer refunds on shipping and handling charges.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
At this time I do not offer refunds once you have paid for an order. If there is an issue with your order it will be looked at on a case by case basis. If you receive the wrong product or it is broken please send me a photo of the item and a short note and I will work with you to correct the situation as soon as possible. If for some reason I do agree to cancel an order there is a NON refundable charge of .20 per item.
