Shipping & policies
Please be aware that we ship from The Netherlands (European Union). So the shipping time is a little longer. Usually a package takes about 2 weeks to journey from The Netherlands for example to the USA. Sometimes it takes somewhat longer (for example, if you're from Australia, New Zealand etc., it will take longer to arrive). We do our best to speed up the delivery time as much as possible but of course we cannot urge the postmen to work faster for us.
After we received your payment we wil ship within 24 hours on working days. We will ship to your Paypal address, so please make sure that this is the right address.
We use bubble wrap and bubble air envelopes to be sure that your order arrives at your place in a safe way!
We accept Paypal. You can use either your creditcard or your bank account number for this.
Returns & exchanges
Once received, we hope that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
However, if you decide that it isn't suitable for you please contact us within 48 hours to discuss. We can exchange an unworn item, but please contact us first for instructions. The item can be returned for a refund within 7 days as long as they have not been used at all.
- We can not allow returns on personalized or custom made jewelry unless there has been an error on our part.
- For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns on earrings.
Please contact us and we will advice you with the procedure and the return address.
When returning items, please make sure to include:
- Your ETSY user ID,
- Transaction number,
- Date of Purchase.
If you decide to return your item, a refund will be given for merchandise only (not postage) reduced by 15% re-Stocking Fees. Bino Crea reserves the right to charge the higher restocking fees for special circumstances such as: extra fees charged by payment processing companies, damaged packaging or missing accessories.
We will issue a credit to your account after receiving the returned products.
NOTE: Items must be unused with all packaging and labels/tags attached.
All returned items must be in their original conditions and original quantities. We’re sorry but we cannot refund postage costs.
Customers have to pay all return fees.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received by us. As such we advise that you use a traceable or insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to which enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us.
The refund will be processed only once the item has arrived to our store, not when it was sent.
Due to customs delays, weather conditions or the time of industrial disputes a package might take longer than you and us want, but we can not be held responsible for those delays as it's out of our control. Please order early to avoid disappointment!
Unfortunately, very occasionally items do go missing in the post. If your item has not arrived after 30 business days from the shipping date, please let us know and we'll file Lost Mail claim on your behalf. If, as a result of our claim we receive the confirmation that your order was lost in mail, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer.
We will not be responsible for lost mail due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.

When a package is delivered to your address and is unclaimed for about 15 days (may vary in different countries), it should be send back to us. The package may also be returned to us because of incorrect address. As a result Bino Crea is being charged returned shipping fee by Postal Services. When your order will need to be shipped again you will be charged shipping fee plus those additional fees incurred by us.
If you decide not to re-ship your item, refunds will be given for merchandise only (not postage) reduced by the 15% administrative and Returned Shipping Fees. Bino Crea reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees for special circumstances such as damaged packaging, missing accessories or extra fees charged by payment processing companies.
