For box frames shipping is signed and tracked with my hermes and items will be dispatched with 5-7 working days as they are handmade. For handmade cards I send second class in padded envelopes via royal mail.
Buyers pay on ordering. cancellations can only be made in the first 24 hours
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds are only processed if the product is faulty in relation to personalised items, or cancellation is made prior to payment and finalisation of the item. However I will always try and rectify any issues. Non personalised items can be refunded should you change your mind, however you will be responsible for return postage and a refund will be issued once the item arrives back in its original condition.
