I post Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Unless there is a problem with payment or with mismatched addresses, please take it as read that your order will be shipped on the next available posting day. I'm sorry, I'm not always able to notify customers individually.
To ensure prompt shipping, please complete checkout and ensure that your etsy and paypal addresses match up.
Small items are sent by 1st class mail or Standard Parcel mail (UK), as appropriate. International orders are dispatched via airmail. Larger items and custom items are sent by Recorded Delivery. If speed matters, please contact me for revised shipping costs via Special Delivery or Airsure.
For international (non-Europe) orders, buyer is responsible for all customs fees incurred.
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO tracking on international orders, unless specifically requested and paid for before dispatch.
Paypal is preferred. UK buyers may pay by personal cheque, but must wait for cheque clearance before shipping.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If, when you receive your goods, they are not as described, please contact me to arrange a return and refund. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact me (I don’t bite!) so that we can work on a solution.
Custom Orders I am happy to discuss any ideas you may have. Please note that custom orders need 50% payment before work starts and that full payment must be received before shipping. In the case of large items, I will keep you informed of progress via email/convo and photos.
