Returns & exchanges
-- RETURNS / REFUNDS -- I take great care to represent my items accurately. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully read and understand the item description before buying, including item measurements and condition. I cannot issue refunds if you are unhappy with your purchase because you did not read the item description carefully!
In the unlikely event that I have grossly misrepresented an item, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or via Etsy convo within 3 days of receiving your item to let me know. Once I receive your returned item, I will refund your purchase price minus shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
-- DAMAGED ITEMS -- I always take ridiculous care in packing up your fragile old items, but if something arrives to you damaged in the mail, don't beat up your postal worker. Just send me a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of receipt and I will issue a full refund, including shipping.
-- OTHER PROBLEMS -- If there is a serious problem with your item, shoot me an email as soon as possible at email@example.com or Etsy convo and we'll work something out.
