Each item is handmade to order. As a minimum, orders are dispatched each week on a Friday. Please check each listing for the relevant make time of the item. If you require an item sooner, please do get in touch and I will see if I can help.
For Guaranteed Saturday UK Delivery, please order by 17.00 GMT on Thursday evening. All orders made after this time will be delivered the following week on Saturday.
Once an item has been dispatched I will send a dispatched notification email so you know to expect your order.
Please note that all orders over £20 will require a signature upon delivery.
Normal shipping times after dispatch: Within UK: 1 to 2 working days Within Europe: 2 to 5 working days Worldwide: 5 to 21 working days
If for any reason your order has not arrived then please do let me know. UK please allow up to 10 working days. Europe please allow 20 working days. Worldwide please allow 25 working days. If your order has not within 30 working days please do let me know so that I can investigate this.
It is a customer's responsibility to ensure they enter the correct full address when placing an order. Refunds cannot be given if an order fails to arrive due to an incorrect address unless the item arrives back with me. Personalised items are no refundable. Please see my refund policy for more information.
Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's regulations before ordering if you are unsure.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.
Items returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Items must be returned within 28 days.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please use a trackable postage method to ensure a safe return as I will not be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Please note that earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
As each item is handmade all measurements are approximate and should be used as a guide only.
