This striking frame features unusual style of laser engraving where part of the surface of the wood is carved away, leaving the 2 names standing in bold relief above the now darker background. The Ampersand sign and text are engraved into the wood's surface and are darker than the surrounding wood, creating an overall unusual and beautiful effect.

These frames are available in 3 popular sizes and goes well with almost any décor. It is high quality construction using Alder wood with a smooth tight grain and comes complete with glass and folding easel back that allows for a vertical or horizontal orientation.

Optional Sizes

1. Overall frame size is 7" x 9" inches fits a 4" x 6" inch picture.

2. Overall frame size is 8" x 10" inches and fits a 5" x 7" inch picture.

3. Overall frame size is 11" x 13" inches and fits an 8" x 10" inch picture.

Note:
Part of the beauty of real wood is that each piece of wood is unique and has it's own character so we cannot rush a quality finish. Natural wood varies in grain and color as does the engraving so it may be a bit lighter or darker than the example pictures. And since we never color or stain our woods, what you see will always be the natural colors and beauty of the wood.

How To Order

1. In the upper right use the drop down menu to select the Quantity, Size and Orientation.
2. Select “Add to Cart.”
3. In the Notes section of the order form write the Names exactly as you would like them to appear, keeping in mind that space is limited.
4. Enter the shipping address to complete the order.
5. Optional - Your phone number in case something unexpected arises or we need additional information or clarification as we do accept custom orders.

Note: Please review the text you would like to have engraved for errors or typos as this is exactly what will be engraved and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We do welcome custom orders, so if you would like something else written on the frame please select the "Request a Custom Order" found just beneath the picture and have something made just for you.

FAQs

During the holidays we may become delayed, if the product you purchased states a shipping time to arrive before the holiday we do guarantee holiday delivery but please be aware that 98 percent of our orders go out on time but occasionally we may be delayed a day or two due to the holidays or some event that took place for example excess orders. If you need a order by a certain date please mention in notes so we can help make sure it arrives on time.

Sometimes items get damaged during transit from the post office. If you are one of the few unlucky ones please send us a picture of the damaged and we will discuss a resolution and arrange a replacement to be shipped to you free of charge (Normally within a day or two)

Sometimes mistakes do happen, though luckily it's rare. If you do have a mistake on the product please contact us straight away. If the mistake is our fault we will of course send a new product right away free of charge. Just so you are aware, we do cut and paste on all orders we receive to eliminate any possibility of a mistake from retyping a name, date or message. If it's the customer fault due to accidently sending incorrect information then we will still try to work something out with you on rectifying the problem and sometimes at a lower rate for replacement (Dependent on product). NOTE: Please double check all personalization before submitting the order.

Before contacting us we recommend waiting 2 to 3 days after expected arrival date. We have found that sometimes the post office tracking is not 100% accurate. Also before contacting us, it's useful to call the shipper first as they know more than we do. If you have done this and received no satisfaction, call us and we will discuss available options and depending on the scenario, we will ship you out a new product with no hassle involved.

We will not accept returns on any product with personalization or customization as we can no longer sell those items. We sometimes accept returns on products that are not personalized or customized (Depending on product). Even with these policies in place, we will always try to work with you...

We only offer proofs upon request, please remember most orders do not need a proof due to them being the same as the picture but with your name on there instead of the original name. Please note: Even if proof is requested it is not guaranteed (Due to multiple factors one being a busy period for us)

Beer Cap Maps fit all standard size Beer Caps. We have done our best to create a hole shape and size that will fit all beer caps but there might be caps out there that will be too large or too small. But don't worry just yet, sometimes you can bend a cap to fit in place or use super glue if its to small or to big.

It depends on the product but we do aim to ship within 2 to 3 days, some items take longer to produce which may make shipping longer. Also shipping times depend on the amount of work we have at the time, so these are only estimates.

We do offer Gift Wrapping but please be aware gift wrap is not available on ammo cans/boxes until further notice. We would also like to mention that gift wrap comes in different forms depending on the product.

We can ship to P.O. boxes except in certain scenarios where the package is large and heavy then we will ship with Fedex and we cannot ship to a P.O. box with Fedex, we are sorry. If it must be a P.O. box for large heavy items then we will need to calculate the shipping charge to ship with USPS and charge the difference.

Item was a gift, listing indicated ready to ship in 1-2 weeks. I became worried around 3 weeks that it would be late. Messaged the shop to get status update, no response. After a number of days I sent another message. At this point I notified the shop I would be contacting Etsy if I did not simply get an update. Again, no response but a notification it was "shipped" with no tracking info. About 2 weeks later still no package, I sent a message to ask for tracking info. I finally received a response stating "let me check into it for you". 4 days later, still no update. I filed a complaint with Etsy and received refund per my request with the excuse that it was "lost in the mail". I have never left an Etsy review less than 4 stars before but this was poor experience made worse with bad customer service!

After a little misstep in communication, the frames I ordered are above and beyond what I expected! I love them! And he included a gift for my trouble! I would definitely order again 10/10!

The product didn’t turn out like I thought it would. The engraving on the frame was very small, rather than taking up the space on the frame. The one name on the frame could’ve been bigger, just looks very uneven in size. Was trying to make it a nice anniversary gift.
