Item details

Beautiful soft yarn, hand-dyed with Ragwort from my garden. There really is a use for Ragwort! This is a one off colour as it is impossible to repeat any colour with natural dyes.

Amazingly plant dye colours all blend together, so you don’t have to worry about matching the colours.

The yarn is Corriedale wool, double knitting (DK) weight. Each ball weighs approx. 50g and the length is approx. 100m. Use 3.5 - 5mm needles.

Please note the photos are taken in natural daylight, but there may be some colour variation. As we cannot guarantee that colours can be repeated (the fun thing about using natural dyes) please make sure you purchase enough for your particular project, because these are all one offs! All the wool has been through a hand-wash cycle in a machine, so are colour fast, but (like all pigments including man-made) they may fade in bright sunlight.
