Because most items are "made to order," processing times are 3-5 business days. If you have an event in which your order is needed sooner, PLEASE send me a message when you order to let me know this. I will do my best to get your order out as soon as possible.
I currently ship items by USPS First-Class Mail (priority upgrade is available), which according to the post office, takes 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided with each shipping notification.
If a label has been created for your order (and you've received a notification), it will be shipping out that day or the next. If the tracking is not updated after this, that is due to an error on the post office's part. I can't be responsible for packages after they have left my hands.
****If USPS loses or damages a package, I'm terribly sorry, but I can't be held liable for this. If you would like to pay to upgrade your shipping to include insurance, please let me know! Trust me, I will call and get upset with any post office necessary (Can you tell I've done this?), in order to find your items, I want you to receive it just as bad as you do! But I simply can't pay for the mistakes of every post office, I'm sorry.****

I am an EXTREMELY picky person so I expect my items to be of the greatest possible quality. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please, PLEASE contact me in order to discuss a possible solution.
Because of the nature of the items in my shop, returns will be determined on a case by case basis. However, shipping costs will not be refunded do to wrong size, color, style, etc. ordered.
If there is an issue due to MY mistake, I will make sure you are compensated.
I'm always open to custom orders. Feel free to contact me with your ideas or color preferences. I will gladly work with you on making your ideas come to life. Please note that custom orders may have a longer processing time that will be discussed before processing has started.
