Our trees are not grown from seed, they are grafted from mature trees unto a dwarf root stock. This allows you to see blossoms and fruit as early as one year old! Our trees are very hardy, of the best quality and have a three year warranty!
Ruby Red Grapefruits are great for juicing and the taste will leave you smiling. The fruit looks like ordinary grapefruit, except the rind is thicker and ripens with a red hue. Ruby Red Grapefruit trees work great as a patio plant. If you live in a cold climate, just bring it inside during the winter. They produce abundantly indoors or out. Just place it in front of a sunny window.Grapefruit are really good for you, healthy, nutritious and full of vitamin C and A. There is a phytochemical called lycopene which has been shown to reduce the risk of certain cancers.
We strive to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately during the winter months we can have delays. Trees cannot ship to addresses that are experiencing local or transit temperatures below freezing. We check each customer's local weather each week to see if their order can ship. If the weather is cold but above freezing we will ship with heat packs. You will be notified by us if you will have a delayed order. If you receive your order and it has been affected by the weather in transit please contact us as soon as possible so we can reship to you when it's safe to do so. Shipping & policies
Please check the product's listing for specific shipping restrictions by state. Texas orders ship every two weeks instead of every week like the rest of our orders. Some trees cannot ship to all states due to usda regulations. Our trees are covered by insurance, included in the price, we will reship any tree that is damaged upon receipt. Please keep the packaging and call us at 229-299-5555 to report. We ship via UPS primarily, some shipments in California will ship via USPS. We ship to the continental United States Only due to USDA restrictions. We accept payments from the USA and Canada. If you live in Canada and want to ship the tree within the US, Please call us at 229-299-5555. We ship our trees in black grower's pots unless stated the tree or plant will ship bareroot. We cannot guarantee that any tree will arrive with fruit or blossoms, this is due to our high volume of sales and varying tree cycles. However all of our trees that are sold are of fruit bearing age.

Holiday & Winter Shipping:
We will make all efforts to get your package delivered for a special occasion, however, we cannot guarantee on-time deliveries due to any delays out of our control. This includes customer provided incorrect address information or issues with our shipping service that are beyond our control (weather, equipment breakdowns, transportation delays ... etc). If the transit low temperatures are below 30 Degrees we will hold your order and ship when the temps are more favorable to ensure a healthy plant upon arrival.
Most trees we sell are provided with a 3 Year Warranty against death that provides a one-time replacement. The warranty will not be honored if we find during our investigation that the tree has not been properly cared for while under the customer's possession or if the tree has been planted in the ground for zones 8 or less. With that in mind, we do realize that honest mistakes are sometimes made and for this we reserve the right to make warranty approval decisions on a case by case basis. If you have purchased a tree from us within the last three years that has died, please email us at email@example.com. Include a clear photo of the tree that has died along with your original order information, including order number and name of the original purchaser. Also, include your current shipping address and phone number. If you want to use a different email address in your order than the one you contact us from, then also include that as well. Explain any issues you had while caring for the tree, including what you believe caused the death. We may request further information from you to complete your request. Customers requesting warranty replacements are responsible for the shipping cost of their replacement. Shipping & Handling for each tree for warranty replacements is as follows: 1-2 Year Old; $22.75, 2-3 Year Old; $31.79, 3-4 Year Old; $35.99, 4-5 Year Old; $41.99. Damaged leaves are not covered under this warranty. This is a cosmetic issue that does not affect the health of the plant. It's a natural way that trees and shrubs protect themselves when exposed to heat or darkness. Just trim off any yellow or dried leaves and new foliage should start growing.
Lemoncitrustree.com under no circumstances implies or expresses any warranty as to the production of the plants sold. Many plants may not produce fruit or flowers as a result of customer growing practices, inadequate pollination, unsuitable soil types, and regional climate variations. We cannot guarantee that any tree sold on our website will arrive with blossoms or fruit.
Exceptions to the 3 Year Warranty: Miracle Fruit Plants, Berry plants (such as the Goji, Blueberry, Blackberry) & Kaffir Lime Trees have a 90 Day Warranty.
Shipping & Delivery:
We ship every Monday for the previous week's orders with the exception of Florida orders (excluding holidays), which ship out every Wednesday. Once your order has shipped it will updated in our system and you automatically receive a tracking number for your order via email, it will also be displayed in your account. You can track your order via your account in our store or by going to UPS.com then enter your tracking number into the track and confirm field. If you have not received your order within one week of receiving your tracking number, please contact us immediately. We will need to put a tracer on your package. If you do not contact us within this time frame, we will not honor any warranty replacements or refunds. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, by creating a ticket in your customer account or by calling us at 229-299-5555.
Returns & Replacements:
Due to the nature of products we sell, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than for warranty replacements. We do not provide refunds for any orders that have shipped. Damaged leaves or small branch breakage can be a normal part of the shipping process and does not affect the health of the plant. Just trim off any damaged leaves or stem and the plant will put out new growth. If you receive a tree that has been damaged by the shipping carrier, please save the packaging and contact us immediately at email@example.com or call us at 229-299-5555. You must contact us within three days of the arrival of the broken tree. We require pictures of the entire tree and the container along with a picture showing the entire box that the tree arrived in. Once we receive pictures of the tree and box we will be able to resolve your issue.
You may use our website to place your order or you may place your order over the phone by calling us 229-299-5555. We are available from 9am-5pm CST. Please note that we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We cannot ship Citrus Trees to Arizona. Some of our trees, based on size and/or variety, cannot ship to every state, please check the product description for any restrictions before attempting to place an order. We do not ship internationally, no exceptions.
