All domestic orders are shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.
Note for buyers outside of the United States: Customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. It does not happen very often but it is a possibility.
Accepted methods of payment include credit cards, debit/bank cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Etsy gift cards, iDEAL (Netherlands only), and Sofort (Austria and Germany).
Packages are processed and shipped out once the payment clears. If there are any problems with payment, please contact us.
In the event of nonpayment, 3 payment reminders will be sent via email along with instructions. If there is still no payment within 2 days of the final reminder, the order will be cancelled.
Note: You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Damaged Items: If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement for a similar item of equal value. If the only issue is damaged wire due to rough shipping and handling, we will gladly re-wrap it. Please notify us within 1 business day of receipt if you receive a damaged item and ship it back to me in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: If you are not happy with the items that you receive, please contact us within 3 business days to arrange for a refund. All items must be returned in good condition in original packaging on order to qualify for a refund. Credit will be refunded upon safe receipt of returned items. In the event of a return or exchange, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and non-refundable.
After 3 day grace period after delivery, all sales are final.
Claims: In the event of a misdelivered package, please let us know immediately. Do not file a claim because our packages are insured for most countries and we have to file it. For lost parcels, we must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for international locations. Lost claims for shipments sent to Italy require a 60 day wait before filing. In the meantime we will contact your post office and inquire about the package.
