The Unity Sets I provide are not only designs that I personally create but the sets themselves are created by me. The high-quality permanent vinyl I use has a life expectancy up to 7 years when used outdoors, and a lifetime indoor. Wedding season is typically Spring and Summer and with that in mind you may be comforted to know that humidity will not affect your set. You may read different things regarding what may or may not work for another shop. I can only speak on what I sell and stand by my product and service. ♥ Relax in knowing that I work hard to make this step easy by providing the best customer service and experience one deserves. You have enough on you mind which is why I provide care cards with your order.

I offer the following when placing an order as a Gift: ♥ I will gladly add a note free of charge! Include the message to be on the card in the 'notes to seller' ♥ I can mail the gift directly to that person. It is on you to update the shipping address. You may provide it via messaging, or in 'notes to seller' at the time of purchase. ♥ I will not include invoices or payment information for gifts, but you must specify during checkout that it is a gift. ♥ Gift wrapping is also available for an additional charge.

I cannot guarantee delivery dates; I only guarantee the day that I ship your order (and notify you should there be a delay for any reason at the earliest possible time). I have no control over weather related delays and/or holidays that can disrupt the delivery date. I take great care in wrapping your items with bubble wrap, peanuts and/or shipping paper, sturdy boxes and heavy shipping tape. Once I have created and packaged your order for shipping the Tracking # will automatically be sent to you. I do have a few items (like samples) that do not include a tracking number. No tracking number will be stated in the description. However, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method during checkout.

★REFUNDS★ I am not responsible for the misspelling of names, messages, dates etc. that you provide to me. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the mistake was made on my end regarding how it was personalized. I will happily replace the item at no cost to you. ★RETURNS★ In the event you are unsatisfied with your order or your item arrives damaged please let me know within 3 days of delivery. Send me a clear photo of the damaged item. I take my job very serious and work diligently to earn trust while building confidence between myself and each customer. I pride myself on customer service and will work with you to find a resolve.

★VINTAGE ITEMS★ Vintage Items are not refundable or eligible for return. Vintage items are used and will show wear. I encourage buyers to view all photos and read the full description as I make every attempt to include all information to include damages (if any). Ask questions prior if needed.
