Item details

'Climb the Rigging' is a striking yet simple quilt, constructed using machine piecing and appliqué quilt, and made with my 'More Hearty Good Wishes' fabric line for Moda. The finished quilt measures 36 x 36 inches.

The paper pattern includes detailed instructions and full colour illustrations.

The quilt is charm square friendly! A charm square is a fabric bundle containing 42 pieces of 5" squares of fabric. The top of this quilt can be made from two 5" charm squares. I made my quilt with my seaside themed 'More Hearty Good Wishes' fabric line for Moda, which is also available in my ETSY shop (https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/244233148/5-charm-square-more-hearty-good-wishes).

The full requirements to make the quilt are:
* Two 5 inch charm square packs - 84 squares of fabric (My quilt uses my ‘More Hearty Good Wishes’ Moda fabric)
* 40 x 40 inches wadding
* 1 ¼ yards fabric for backing
* 1/3 yard fabric for binding
* Neutral thread for piecing
* Quilting thread

The finished quilt measures 36 x 36 inches.
