All purchases in the UK will be delivered by 2nd class tracked (unless otherwise stated). Our normal dispatch days for orders is on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For international transactions we use international tracked with a reasonable timescale for delivery, we NEVER use International economy.
Due to the irreplaceable nature of some of the items on sale I do quote postage with tracking, unless otherwise stated. We would always advise tracking post for any purchase.
However to keep your postage costs down I am prepared in some instances to send some items as a 'standard', small parcel; please bear in mind this does not provide you with insurance cover in the event of non-receipt or damage during delivery.....convo to discuss other options.
If a handmade item is lost or damaged in transit, every effort would be made to provide a replacement, please note customer postal fee is payable. Please make sure to return the item in its original packaging. In the sad event of damage in transit, please take photos of the item and its packaging on arrival.
Some of my postal charge includes packaging, and every effort is made to match weight and size to correct postal charge. I use the Royal Mail 'get prices' app to find postal costs. We make every effort to ensure our items are packed well,whether they are for delivery in the UK or an International transaction.
Delivery times to Europe and World zones 1 and 2 do seem to vary; Royal Mail guidance is 8-21 days or thereabouts......they state tracked items should be received within 5-7 days.
IMPORTANT: On combined orders I will check your shipping cost and if less than you have been charged at checkout, I will refund the difference.

All sales are final and we carry no liability for goods in transit, breakages cannot be refunded. However, because we are always willing to work with the buyer please contact us immediately to discuss any issues with your item.
Subject to reasonable and agreed issues, refunds will be considered if returned within 30 days of receipt and in original packaging; please note the shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
