We take considerable time and effort to securely pack your item! We typically ship orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, after your payment has been verified.
We cannot be responsible for lost/broken items during shipping. Please contact your local post office to open a case with them if this happens to your package.
We ship via Priority Mail which means you automatically get $50 of insurance on your item.
We strive to reduce, reuse, and recycle with our packaging materials. This means your package may be shipped with a reused cardboard box or container, and may be packed with newspaper, or bubble wrap from previous shipments. Expedited Shipping can be requested as an upgrade option for additional fees. You may also, for an extra fee, request insurance to cover your purchase during shipping.
International Customers please convo us with your postal code and country before you complete your purchase. We will respond to you with a followup convo.
A tracking number is automatically included for USA sales only. You will be notified of this number and approximate arrival date of your package via e-mail once your item has shipped.

Returns & exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. For returns, we must receive it in its original purchase condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and any return shipping will be your responsibility.
