*Some marks, fades may appear due to the age of the product. Please keep this in mind. Sold as is
* Color may show slight differently on different monitors and devices, but as close to actual color as possible.
*If outside the U.S. Please check to see if craft items are allowed to ship to your area. I do mark on the customs slips what the package contains. I won't be responsible for confiscated items. Thanks for understanding. *Please note* International Shipping costs vary a great deal depending of what part of the world you are in. For this reason, shipping prices outside the United States are no longer listed. Please message me with your postal code so i can look up your areas shipping cost on our USPS website. Thank you :)
Bigger items are shipped Priority Mail. I use recycled packaging whenever possible :) It may not be fancy, but it helps me keep the cost down which i can pass along to you in savings.
International buyers : Please convo me prior to purchasing for a more accurate shipping cost as they can vary a great deal depending on your location. Due to the unreliability of overseas post offices I do not accept returns unless the item is broken. You have only two weeks, fourteen days to notify me that you are returning the item and must return/mail the item within the two week, fourteen day time frame upon receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
Absolutely no refunds on custom orders that require personalization regardless of Etsy Rules. All sales are final as yarn and fabric has a way of taking on the odors of a home, i.e. smoke , pets or perfume. I absolutely will not take returns on my items as I cannot resell them as new. So make sure you really want the item before you buy it. Thanks for understanding.
All Customs Policies are the buyers’ responsibility per perspective Country. Delivery time varies by destination.
My International Customers: Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and DebbieCrochets is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, I DO NOT MARK AS GIFT as this is illegal and I could be fined.
Please submit all payments within 3 days of your purchase. Communication is everything, so please contact me if you need a little extra time and I'll be happy to work with you.
Failure to submit payment and/or failure to respond to messages or emails within three days of purchase will result in the sale being canceled.
PayPal User: PLEASE READ THE NOTE BELOW! Note: Etsy's letter to the buyer confirms a sale; notifies the seller of the sale, and also removes the item/s from the sellers stock on line. It does not confirm that the sale has been finalized. ETSY'S FINAL CHECKOUT PAGE should bring the buyer to the buyer's own PayPal account. If this does not occur, the proper steps were not taken. Until the buyer verifies the purchase in their "own" PayPal account, and PayPal notifies the seller that the purchase has been paid for, the shipment is held.
If you are not sure that you completed your order, go to “your Etsy”(first page)and in the upper-left corner click (purchases), find the invoice that is in question; click (view). If there is a extra-large green-check-mark the order was finalized, if there is not, click the PayPal button provided and verify order. PayPal will then send the seller an e-mail confirming the payment, and the order will be shipped. Here's a good site to explain it if this is all new to you - http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal! Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account. Thank you!

**I have never had a problem, but feel it necessary in this day and age to mention:
Rag Rugs / Trivets /Towels Please note: The fabrics used where previously washed, but cannot guarantee against color bleed if used on top of carpets.(especially red colors) I would advise using some type of liner to prevent color bleed just to be safe. As with any throw rug, if placed on top of another rug/carpet it most likely will leave an impression depending on the duration of it being left down. Best to move around if concerned. Rugs DO NOT have a slip proof backing. It is advised to use non slip backing in high traffic areas. Please use caution if used of slick surfaces. Use your own discretion. I claim no responsibility for color bleed damage, or impressions that may occur, or slipping, falling or injury. Booties/Bed Socks/ Slippers- They can be slippery. They do not have slip proof soles. Do not walk on slick surfaces. Suggested to use as bed socks. I claim no responsibility for slipping, falling or injury. I can add dabs of hot glue to the bottoms which will help. Just send me a message. Trivets and towels should NOT be used for HOT items, and be kept away from heat/flames. Keep towels away from small children. The buttons could pose a choking risk. Do not hang your towels on anything that a small child could pull on and cause injury-oven door etc.
Craft supplies- Use as intended for your crafts. They are not toys. Keep small parts away from children. Most of the supplies i list are vintage and i may or may not know what materials where used to make them. Debbie Crochets did not make these supplies nor accepts any liability for any defects etc.
I do not sell toys. IE: Door snakes, Stuffed animals (for decoration, collections, nursery decor etc.) Anything that may be considered harmful to small children-small parts, choking hazard etc, needs to be kept away from young children if you decide to purchase.
And the rest:
Use purchases from this shop with caution when they could cause a danger to the young or elderly, especially a small part that could become a choking hazard to a young child, or sock slippers or rugs that could present a slipping hazard for the elderly. Please do not take chances!!_ I am pleased to answer any questions you might have, especially those concerning safety.
