***Early Shipment of Envelopes*** Your envelopes can be shipped early for a flat fee of $12.00. Envelopes will be sent as soon as they are received from the supplier.
***Shipping*** Your invitations can be shipped directly to your guests or shipped to you. To ship the order to you, the shipping cost depends on the size of the order. Please see the estimated rates below:
These rates apply to shipments within the continental United States. For shipments outside of the continental United States, additional charges will apply.
I do offer a mailing service to make your life easier and to save money on shipping charges. The cost is $.50 per invite in addition to the cost of postage.
We always use First Class Mail or Priority Mail which ensures the product will be received in 2-3 days. If you are interested in these services, please contact us for rates.
I am not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
***Process and Payment*** The cost of the invitations will be the listing price times the number of invitations needed. If you need additional items with a listing, please email me the items you want and the total number of invites needed. I will then send you a quote. I will create a reserved listing for you to secure a 50% deposit. After the deposit is received the formatting and proofing process begins. Two complimentary revisions are included and each additional revision will incur a $25 fee. Once the final proof is approved, the remaining balance is due. Production will not begin until full payment is received.
There are 2 methods to remit payment : Mail – either by sending a check or money order PayPal – using a credit card on-line
***Printing*** Prices include color or black and white printing options.
***Address Printing*** Guest addresses can be printed on your outer envelope for a fee of $.75 per envelope.
Guest lists are accepted via Word document or Excel. Please take the time to complete and spell-check your list. Lists will be written exactly as provided so please check your salutation lines, abbreviations and spelling for accuracy. Once your document is submitted, it cannot be changed. I am not responsible for overlooked errors submitted in your list. Orders will not be processed until the complete guest list is received.
***Address Labels*** Adhesive backed address labels are available in various colors. Pricing starts at $.50 each and vary depending on size and color. ***Extra Envelopes and Inserts*** Envelopes - $.50 - $1.00 (vary based on size, color and texture) Reception/Accommodation/Direction Cards - $.35 - $1.00 (vary based on invitation suite)
***Rush Orders*** Rush orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and can only be accommodated if there is room in our production schedule. Please feel free to inquire regarding the schedule. There may be an added fee for rush orders of $50 depending on the time frame, our schedule and size of the order. Please take note that "rush" orders are not actually rushed, they are scheduled on nights and weekends, frequently ahead of numerous other clients, so you are paying to be moved to the front of the queue.
Returns & exchanges
***Order Cancellations and Refunds*** In the event that an order must be canceled before approving your proof, the deposit will be forfeited. Please keep in mind that once your proof has been approved, a deposit is also forfeited.
