We ship with USPS Priority mail with tracking number for most items (2-3 days delivery time) and USPS Parcel Post for large items and most international shipments (7-10 days delivery time). We pack our items with care using bubble wrap, recycled paper and cardboard to ensure a safe arrival to your home or business.

We accept all payments through etsy's credit/debit card payment system and Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Returns & exchanges
Our mission is to complete our customer transactions with 100% positive feedback! Returns are accepted under these rules: 1) Return requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. 2) Buyer must pay return shipping unless the item is being returned due to damage. 3) For returns not related to damage claims, the item will be refunded in full once it has been received by CedarOaks and it is determined to be free from return shipping damage. 4) In the case of return shipping damage, an adjustment will be determined and a partial refund will be given.
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged item. Buyer must make damage claim within 5 business days of receiving the order and must retain the shipments packaging. To assess the claim we will require the buyer to email photos of the damage and packaging. If it is determined that the item must be returned, we will provide prepaid return shipping label.
