Every order comes with a tracking number. The buyer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking info as soon as their order is shipped. Due to the possibility of delays on the part of the shipping company (USPS or FedEx), we are unable to guarantee exact shipping dates. We are happy to offer expedited shipping options that guarantee your order will be boxed up and dropped off at the post office the very next business day via USPS Priority Mail Shipping. The average delivery time for USPS Priority is 1-3 days depending on how far the destination is from Omaha, Nebraska. If there is a delay in delivery or any question regarding where a package is located, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the shipping provider with the tracking information. We cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure the shipping information is accurate and up to date. The buyer will be charged a re-shipping fee for all packages returned due to any error with the shipping details. This includes international orders.

Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Returns for store credit may be granted on a limited, case-by-case basis. In those circumstances the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to send their item back. We are a store specializing in vintage clothing, meaning almost all of our items have been pre-owned, worn and loved. It is expected that there will be some signs of previous wear and tear. Therefore, we do not offer refunds due to the condition of the item unless there was an obvious rip/tear/stain that was not disclosed in the listing. An obvious rip/tear/stain is defined as being over 4 inches in length or diameter. Sizing discrepancies are not eligible for a refund. Buyers have two days from date of delivery to contact us with any concerns with their offer. No refunds/exchanges after that two day period under any circumstances. We are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for any reason on international orders.
SIZING POLICY The size for every item is listed based on how the garment fits. This means I actually try the item on myself to determine the size. While this is a subjective method to sizing, I’ve found it to be the most efficient and accurate way of determining an item's size. Do not be surprised if the physical tag on the item you order will read different than what is entered into the listing. After years of going through the wash, many vintage items have shrunk to fit like one or even two sizes smaller than what the tag reads. Also, sizing parameters have changed over time. This method allows my customers to know exactly how their item will fit based on modern sizing standards. By purchasing from our store, you agree and understand our sizing methodology. All sales are final. Refunds are not allowed due to a customer's differing opinion on how the item was sized and listed. If there was an obvious mistake, (i.e. an item that fits like a small but was listed as a large; there must be a size discrepancy of at least two sizes) then a return for store credit will be granted on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be granted under any circumstance. The majority of my items are gender neutral, meaning they are perfectly appropriate to be worn by either men or women. Therefore, I list most items as unisex. It does not matter if the label reads for men or ladies. Refunds/exchanges are not offered based on what a tag/label reads.
FLANNELS We LOVE vintage flannels! <3
The most important thing to remember with our flannels is that they are all listed based on how they fit! Most vintage flannels have been pre-worn and may shown signs of wear and tear (missing buttons, small rips/tears/holes). We believe this adds to the great character of our vintage flannels! By purchasing a flannel you agree that you understand this. All free flannels are given out from our overstock supply. We are unable to offer the photographed flannels for free due to such high demand for our flannel. We encourage our customers to put a request in for the color or style they are looking for and we will do our best to match that with their free flannel, though supply is limited. Due to my crazy schedule, I cannot offer any additional photos or information about a specific flannel.
Custom flannel orders are our jam! To date, I have personally arranged over 50 custom flannel orders. It has been a huge hit for weddings/bridal parties and themed parties. All you have to do is let me know what sizes you need and the color scheme. I will take care of the rest! I then sort through our flannels as they come in and pull out the best of the best in your color and size. The more time until you need your flannels, the better your assortment!
