Made individually made by me in my studio right here in the good old USA, not bought by the thousands from some sweat shop in another country where quality is questionable. These flags are very well made, machine washable and will last for years.

These are made of a lightweight cotton and polyester blend fabric These are BLANK garden flags to use for crafting. Measuring approximately 12X15 inches, they are hemmed on all sides with a finished edge and have a two inch rod pocket at the top. Perfect for Heat Transfer Vinyl, Fabric Paint, Applique, or Embroidery decorations. These are available in your choice of 5 colors; blue, red, white, black, or green. If you don't see a color you need, select the custom color option and include a note to seller when you checkout with what color you're looking for. I'll make them in any color you need as long as I can find the fabric. If the fabric cost is higher than my normal cost, there may be additional cost to you. Thanks for choosing Dixie's Famous!

We love custom and personalized orders! If you have a design idea in mind and don't see a custom option on any of our listings, send us a conversation and we'll be happy to work with you to make your ideas come to life.

On items we sew in the shop, sizing is approximate because we cut our blanks in bulk and they are not always exactly the same size to begin with. These items include garden flags, burlap stockings and some others. If you need a smaller or larger size than what is shown, send us a conversation and we can set up a custom order for you on items we make here in the shop. Some items (such as coolies or cutting boards) are made using blanks from other vendors, so we may not have the ability to offer custom sizes.

We do not currently offer gift wrapping.

We offer bulk pricing on most items in our shop. Send us a conversation with details (quantity, design, colors) of what you need and we will prepare a price quote for you.

Yes we do a lot of customization. We can make them with just about anything you want on them other than actual photographs. No matter what you're celebrating we can come up with a custom design you and your guests will love!

There is no extra charge for customizing any of the designs you see in our shop, or for creating a custom design from scratch just for you.

You can mix coolie colors however you like in your order for no extra charge or minimum order quantity.

We can apply up to 3 colors per side. The additional cost is $1 per color per coolie side. If you want multi colored imprint, message us so we can set up a custom listing for you to order from.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a proof to review and approve. If you need changes made,we can make them and send you another proof. Once approved, your design goes into production. It's best to be as detailed as possible in your description of what you want when you place your order because design changes can delay the production and shipping of your order.

Once production begins, there can be no changes without additional cost to you. Up until then, we will work with you to get your design exactly right. If you must have changes after production starts, we will cancel your order and refund you, less 50% restocking fee. You will need to place a new order for what you want.

We will use the lowest cost shipping we can find, and will combine items for lower shipping costs. Customer may opt for upgrades, insurance, and confirmations but the cost of these will be added to the order. NOTE: On items where free shipping is offered, , your order will be sent standard shipping which may result in longer transit times.


Payments

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Paypal.

No orders are accepted without full payment in advance. Please check the item description for approximate shipping times and allow enough time for your item to be created and/or processed.

No cancellations of orders after 72 hours or production begins, whichever comes first. For personalized or monogrammed items, all sales final.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Personalized or Monogrammed items (see exchange policy below)
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM in its original packaging in the condition you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a refund will be applied. If your request for refund is declined, we will ship the item back to you at our expense.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message in conversations. Once we reply, you will need to send your item to: 3310 Herbert Road Reynolds Station Kentucky US 42368. Monogrammed or personalized items that are delivered to you damaged must be returned in order for us to replace them. Please allow up to 6 weeks for replacement as these items are individually created in our shop. Otherwise, monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional policies

We do offer bulk pricing on large quantities of our items. Bulk pricing for different items begins at different quantities for different items. For example, if you need bulk pricing on coolies, the minimum quantity would be higher than if you need bulk pricing on cutting boards. If you would like a bulk pricing quote, please send us a conversation with the quantity and details of what you need. We will check with our suppliers to get you the best possible pricing. If you choose to order at our bulk rates, we will set up a custom listing for your order.
