Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer in control of delivery times. Please make sure the address on file with Etsy is updated and correct.
Please be advised that if paying by eCheck through PayPal, your item will not ship until your payment has cleared.
Returns & exchanges
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the item you have received and we will work with you to make sure you are happy. Our custom items are non-refundable unless they have been damaged during shipment.
Because you are ordering custom items that require personalization it is very important that you respond to messages in a timely fashion so we can proceed with your order or shipment.
Convo us for any question! We can provide samples of some of our items for a small fee. Again, please convo us if you would like to receive a sample and we'll be happy to set up a listing for you.
