First Class shipping is standard for AEK Studio & Design. Most orders only take 3-4 days to arrive once you receive the tracking number. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority USPS shipping, add the 'shipping upgrade' listing to your order!
If you would like to use UPS or FEDEX, please message me and we can discuss options.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS CHARGES**
For pre-made and custom orders, payment is expected upfront. This is due to the cost of materials specifically regarding custom orders. A great deal of money goes into your final product, and payment upfront allows for you to have a shorter time frame for completion.
Custom orders can be cancelled within 48 hours, as long as work has not begun. If so, charges for the work and materials will be deducted from your reimbursement.
Pre-made orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, so you receive your products as soon as possible. With this in mind, cancellations have a very limited time frame.
Once orders have shipped, cancellation and/or reimbursement is no longer an option.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will be made according to policies with cancellations. If you cancel before shipping, full refund will be processed. If the item has been used, washed or otherwise altered from its original state when shipped we cannot issue a refund.
On custom orders, if I have not begun work, you will receive a full refund. However, if work has begun, I will deduct the amount for materials and refund the remaining.
If an item is damaged in shipping, you must notify us through a conversation within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damage before issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
If you choose to send an item back without contacting us, we are not required to issue a refund, and we will not be responsible for paying the return shipping.
Custom Tea Towels- We perform minimal edits to the tea towel images sent by the customer. If you would like something specific done to the image, please contact us before placing your order so we can ensure the edits are possible.
Custom Ironing Board Covers- We love creating custom covers for our customers! However, measurements are critical when ordering. We create your cover based on the measurements you send us, if those are not correct, we cannot be held responsible for the mis-measurements. If you have questions about taking the correct measurements, we are more than willing to help through messages, we can even place a phone call to help you as well!
