Shipping & policies
Once we have received your payment, your order will be shipped as instructed on the listing your have purchased, Please take the time to read and understand the listing. (Allowing up to 7 days for PayPal payments to clear)
We currently post all our orders only within Australia, using Australia Post services.
Each listing will state if it is posted "Express" or "Normal" post. Please check Australia Post website for postage times.
Orders within Australia, depending on location and postage will take between
3 - 10 business days.
Once your order has been posted, an notification thru Etsy will be sent letting you know your item has been shipped and we will provide you with the tracking number,

Once we have posted your order and marked it as "shipped" thru Etsy and provided any tracking number is applicable.
It is in the hands of Australia Post. From this point on, we are not liable for any late deliveries, lost orders or damaged items. We are happy to help you communicate with Australia Post but we can't be blamed for their service. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND DUE TO POSTAGE SERVICE ISSUES, AS OUR REFUSAL WILL OFFEND YOU.
We accept payment methods of PayPal and all major credit cards excluding American Express.

What happens if you...

Sorry to be blunt, but we have assumed you have taken the time to read the listing information properly and our shop policies before paying for the item. We also assume that if you are not sure about the item, you would contact us first. So in this case, we offer NO REFUNDS / CREDITS. Once you have paid for the item, this is final, regardless of when you notify us.
Please do not assume we will refund you for an error made by you.
If we have provided you with the wrong item or it is faulty, please contact us ASAP and we will find a resolution that works for you, this includes refunding you in full for the items and any related postage costs.
|| PRINTING SERVICES AND DIGITAL FILE TERMS & CONDITIONS ||
1. The listed price you paid for only includes 1 x first proof and 1 x final proof.
Any font, colour changes or extra proofs requested will incur extra costs, and any extra proofs or changes made after your original proof has been sent will delay your delivery date. Costs and new dates will be advised at request/time of change and payment for additional services, changes, proofs will be required before the final item is shipped.
2. Lala Design accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors made on proofs supplied or finished products. If YOU have approved artwork or guest name lists with errors, then YOU are fully responsible for full cost, reprinting, reproducing order, postage costs.
3. Reprints or extras requested after your order has been completed will require
you to purchase a new listing.
4. Changing of design and/or stock once order has been paid for:
Client is charged in full for stock from original order as well as stock for new order.
5. All designs are exclusive to Lala Design and all pieces will include a copyright credit to ‘www.laladesign.com.au’. Designs cannot be used for resell or commercial purposes.
6. Lala Design reserves the right to use custom designed pieces for future display, advertising and marketing use, with privacy respected. This is inclusive of all print, digital, and/or other media formats.
7. Placing and paying for your order is termed as agreement to and understanding of the above terms and conditions.
8. Colors can vary for one computer screen to a printed product.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds in these instances.
9. Postage + Shipping
Once we have posted your order and gave you the tracking code, it is in the hands of Australia Post. From this point on, we are not liable for any late deliveries, lost orders or damaged items.

You can buy our "ASAP service" for an extra $30, this means we will handcraft you book in 2 working days and post via Express Post. This service excludes weekends and check the Australia Post website for express postage times in your postcode.

No problem, custom orders are our thing! Just get in touch and include any image you have and we will get back to you with a price.

You can have up to 50 pages in one of our books, just buy the book you want, and then buy the extra pages - you will find these listed on our shop.
>>> How long does it my order take?
• 1 week for standard pre-design guestbooks
• 2 weeks for personalised pre-designed guestbooks
• 3 weeks for custom made guestbooks (includes design proof)
We always post Guestbook via Express Post with Australia Post.

|| DIGITAL FILE + PRINTING SERVICES INFO ||
>>> Can I change fonts, and how do I do that?
You absolutely can! Just add a ‘Font Change’ listing to your order before you check out. When we send you a confirmation email we’ll make sure to include our handy-dandy font list for you to choose from.
>>> And what about colours? Can I change those?
Yes, but we consider this a ‘custom’ design. The best way to organise a different colour is to send us a private message. We’ll then work out a price and put up a private listing just for you. Please note that there will be price variations on custom orders depending on the amount of changes to the original design.
>>> Can I have guest names printed on to my invites?
Yes, only if it is our design. We can't print guest names using your design files.
Just add a ‘Printed Guest Names’ listing to your order before you check out.
We will then email you our template to fill out and get back to us.
>>> What happens after I order?
If you haven't given us any details in the "note to seller" section, we will follow you up thru Etsy convo, to get all the information we need – your names, location, date etcetera.
>>> And then?
Then, we proof! We will then create and send you 1 digital first proof for review – make sure you triple-check the spelling, layout details, and colour customization during this proofing process. If any changes need to be made, we will make them and then send you your final proof. If you need more proofs after this, please bear in mind that it does come at a cost - $25 a proof, to be precise, and we will ask you to buy that listing first.
>>> It’s good to go. What do I do?
Once you’re 100% satisfied, we just get you to approve via email. From there, your order goes into the magic hands of our production girls who print, cut, and package your order up – and then we pop it in the post and let you know it’s on it’s way!
DIGITAL FILE: This will be emailed to you asap, once you have approved the proof.
We will send a shipping notice, its just a thing we have to do with Etsy, to show your order has been completed!
>>> Help, I have noticed a spelling mistake on my finished design
Sometimes this does happen. First refer back to the "Terms & Conditions Number 2 & 3" Then check the proof you approved to print. If the mistake is ours - then contact us asap, and we will fix it all pronto, with no extra charges or delays to you. If the mistake is YOURS, get in touch asap, tell us what needs to be fixed and we will let you know what the cost is to you to have it corrected. We will try and do this as fairly as we can and as quickly as we can, but there will be some cost to you to have it all re-done.
>>> Why, don't you check my proof for me?
We have learned in the past that sometimes people spell things differently to us or use different grammar or don't even want a date on their invites and we can't assume it is wrong. We ask you to triple check your proofs, as we mainly focus on the design elements and not on the nitty gritty details of spelling etc.. We do assume that you understand that we have asked you to be responsible for checking your proofs, which we clearly state every where and if you have check your proof and told us its "OK to print then we have no reason to doubt you or check your proof.
