Most items are delivered via Canada Post. Items such as large carvings are hand delivered and therefore can only be delivered within close proximity to Edmonton. If you live elsewhere please inquire for delivery options regarding large carvings.
We have direct checkout which includes paypal, credit cards and etsy gift cards. For custom orders we require the payment upfront before any work is started.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want our customers to have a good experience when they deal with our business. We strive to be honest and open when dealing with our customers. We are unable to refund money for custom orders due to the immense effort and time it takes to create a unique personalized item. If damage occurs during delivery we will talk with the customer about either replacing or fixing the item. If you are unsatisfied with your item when you receive it and it is not a custom order it can be sent back (you pay shipping), and when we receive it we will refund your money for the item as long as it is not damaged and it is in the original condition. If an item is delayed during shipping I do not offer refunds for items that arrive late. I can only guarantee when I will send out an item, I have no control over how long shipping will take. If you have an order that is time sensitive please let me know and I can talk with you about quicker shipping, especially on international orders as these can take months to ship. If the order was sent and it is has been more than four weeks in Canada or the United States and it is a small package without tracking we offer either a refund or replacement. If an order is not received internationally within two months we offer a refund or replacement.

Our items are almost all made from wood which means it is possible for cracking and drying over time. When we send items out they are dry but we cannot guarantee that a crack will not occur with age and climate fluctuations. This is just the nature of wood! With some types of wood, tree slices can split eventually over time. If a crack does occur and you feel like it ruins your piece we can find a solution such as repairing the item for free and shipping at your cost. For pieces that have the bark included such as our alternative guest book tree slices we cannot guarantee that bark will not fall or break off after it leaves us. We suggest using wood glue and strong packing tape to hold it in place until it dries. A headless nail can also be used to put the bark back on. If the bark falls off while here we of course fix it before sending it.
