Returns & exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible (typically within 24 hours) if the item arrives broken and there is no replacement for the item.
Returns: Returns are accepted, however please read details. If the item is damaged (and this was not in the description of the product), please provide pictures of the damage and the seller will pay for return shipping. If the customer has decided that they no longer want the item, they must cover return shipping. Refunds will be processed once the seller receives the returned product.
