Here are 3 of the 52 statements:
-Don’t wait around for someone to wave a magic wand over you. Be your own fairy godmother.
-Your have unique gifts. The world needs them! Stop holding back. Offer those gifts to the people around you.
-Goals are achieved in small steps. What’s a baby step you can make?
Select 1 of 4 different sizes included in the download. You can make a variety of encouragement gifts with each size.
Encouragement jars make great gifts. Everyone needs encouragement but can’t always find it when they need it. Give encouragement jars, bags, envelopes, etc. as holiday gifts. Give one to a friend who is sick or is going through a tough life challenge. Give them to teachers, nurses and others who give so much of themselves to the world.

ENCOURAGEMENT IS DIFFERENT FROM PRAISE . . .
I've taught parenting workshops for 16 years. As a Positive Discipline Lead Trainer, one of the concepts we teach is that people need encouragement more often than they need praise. You can learn more about this concept by typing "encouragement versus praise Positive Discipline" into an internet search engine. Encouragement helps people to develop more courage - the courage to be imperfect, the courage to try new things, the courage to accept mistakes are part of the learning process, the courage to venture out from one's comfort zone and more.
