For International: Estimated time 2-3 weeks. No tracking number. (Please note that this is an estimate, the period may be longer) *At the International, noted that a package is not considered to be lost if it was shipped there from 6 to less 10 weeks (depending on country)*
If ordering from Canada, taxes and/or customs fees may apply at your expense.
All unpaid purchases will be canceled and relisted. The products will not be shipped until the payment is received.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All products are unique.
The products are non-refundable, except under certain conditions: - If the dimensions are not as requested. - If the product has a manufacturing defect. - If the product has been damaged / lost in transport. Photo proof must be provided.
However, if you wish to return the product, a 45% fee will be deducted from the sale price. It must be returned at your expense, in its original packaging. The words "return of goods" must be indicated. Otherwise the other costs related to the shipment (exemple: customs fees) will be deducted from the refund.
