All items are shipped using USPS unless otherwise stated. Items will be sent with tracking and insurance and most items are sent Priority Mail.
If you would like to arrange for local pick up of your purchase please use code LOCAL PICKUP during checkout to avoid shipping charges.
Made to order items will not be started until the checkout process has been verified, if using the direct checkout method.
If you place an order and decide that you no longer want that order please message me within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that I normally start on orders within 2 days of them being placed; therefore, if I have already started on your item, no refund will be given.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS: Refunds/Replacements/Store Credit will be given on 2 occasions. 1.) If you have requested to cancel your order within 24 hours- provided I have not started working on your order. If I have started working on your order I will send you a picture of the work that has been completed and refund accordingly. 2.) If an error is made on MY behalf (ex. The name is spelled incorrectly from the spelling on the invoice) then I will replace the item or provide you with a store credit. The buyer will be responsible for shipping on returning the item that has an error. Once the item is received then the corrected item will be mailed out.
BLANKS/SUPPLIES/TOOLS: All request for refunds will be decided on an individual basis. Our blanks, supplies, and tools are sold locally as well which results in our inventory changing. Sometimes this results in us needing to place an order to replenish our stock; this situation is reflected in our shipping/processing times. If you need your order within a specific time frame please send us a convo BEFORE placing your order to verify we have the quantity you need and that we can accommodate your shipping needs. Refunds will not be given if we are still within our shipping/processing time frame.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 3 days from the delivery date to report the damage.Damage must be reported by the original recipient; reports made by a 3rd party will not be honored. To speed up this process we ask that you include pictures of the damage/defective item with your first message . After 3 days has passed, claims for damage will not be processed. Damaged items may be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of SweetPeasCustomized.
-Information about colors and fonts-
Colors - Please note that colors may be different on the final product than they appear on your computer screen. Every effort has been made to accurately portray colors on our part. Screen brightness, resolution, and position can lighten or darken colors in our photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace or exchange an item if the color is not "exactly" as you thought it would be.
Fonts - Please understand that every font has different characteristics and some letters may not turn out the same way you would write the letter. This is not an error and we will not replace an item because of font characteristics. Thank you for understanding.
