Fabric Needed:
28" cut of knit (stretchy) fabric that is 59-60" wide.
4-way stretch is ideal, but 2-way is OK if stretch is generous. The stretchier the better!
TIP: Love a fabric that is not 59-60" wide? Buy 56" of fabric and cut into two 24x28" pieces!
