All items are shipped via USPS. Glassware is always insured to protect you. If a item is received broken or lost a claim must be filed and approved before a replacement can be sent out.
Returns & exchanges
There are NO REFUNDS on custom orders. Meaning that if names and dates are added to a print/burlap they cannot be returned for a refund.
