Australia: Goods in stock will be shipped within 1-2 days of confirmation of payment via Australia Post. Goods are sent via STANDARD Australia Post and do not include tracking. The expected time frame for delivery should be within 2 weeks. Metro areas should expect goods much sooner. Unfortunately from time to time the mail man will work to his own schedule and this is beyond our control. Please keep this is mind if goods are required for a specific occasion. If you require tracking for Registered Post this is available as an additional extra. If you require Express Post this also is available as an additional extra.

International buyers, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable import taxes. The expected time frame for delivery should be within 2 weeks to most countries according to Australia Post. Our prices now include tracking, however if you require a signature on delivery or additional cover please please advise us before placing your order and it can be billed to you via pay pal.

Our shipping fees cover postage fees, packaging materials and handling.
We accept PayPal payments. But if you don't have an account that is okay, payments can be processed with just a credit/debit card. Goods will be shipped once payment has been made and confirmed. Please see the Shipping section for further information on timeframes.
Returns & exchanges
We do not accept returns for a simple change of mind. If an item is lost or damaged in shipping please contact us. We will follow the investigation process through Australia Post to determine where the goods are located or how damage has occurred. If a product is faulty or damaged or does not reflect what you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible. We want everyone to have a happy shopping experience. So thanks for being you

Cushions/Teethers/Rattles/Tummy Time: Care: Hand Wash - Dry Flat
Change mats: Care: Machine washable - line dry - warm iron on printed cotton side - do not iron the PUL
Quilt/Playmats: Care: Machine washable. Recommended to wash with a suitable pH-neutral, low phosphate fabric wash, and wool mix does a pretty good job, too. Line dry
Further information about the contents of our products: * recycled PET fiber is derived from 100% post consumer water bottles. The fiber looks, feels and performs in the same way as a high-grade poly fiber, but is completely recycled. For every 1kg of fiber used, around 70 water bottles are saved from ending up in landfill. Recycled PET fiber is also 100% non-allergenic. * Screen print ink - 100% solvent free ink is environmentally friendly and water based. It also is cleaned up with the use of water only.

Goods are produced in a smoke free environment. We do have pet however Puku is a Labradoodle, he is a hypoallergenic breed and sheds no hair. Beyond photobombing he is kept well away from products as your babies hygiene is important to us.
