I ship to the United States via First Class Mail and Everywhere Else via First Class International Mail. First Class International mail cannot be insured.
If you would like INSURANCE, please contact me and I will add the insurance fees to the shipping fees. International mail can only be insured using Priority International Mail. Please contact me to get a price quote. ALL LOST PACKAGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER IF SHIPPING INSURANCE IS NOT PURCHASED.
CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The customer/buyer is responsible for all duties/customs fees that are incurred on a package. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked "merchandise" or "other.
I accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Gift Cards and Money Orders. All orders ship after receipt of payment. If you are sending a money order or cashier's check they should be received within 8 days, please be sure to note that in the "message from buyer" section. If the payment isn't made within this time frame, I will then have to cancel your order. I will attempt to contact you before I cancel your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
