Orders will ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom items or large orders require additional time but it is rarely over 4 days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER ONCE IT IS SHIPPED?
Items ship from Mobile, Alabama via USPS either first class, priority mail, or UPS. Average shipping time for all of these services is 1 to 4 days. A shipping tracking number will be provided.

We always refund shipping overages in excess of $2.00. Please let us know if you would like an exact shipping quote.
We love our international customers. Items that ship first class may take 7 to 14 days. Please be aware the shipping times are only approximate and may take a bit longer.
They buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees. All items must be marked as merchandise even if they are a gift. This means the package may be subject to custom and import fees.
Unfortunately, there is no tracking first class international packages.
We accept Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Returns & exchanges
We stand by our products and we want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase.
Please contact us if you do not receive your item in a reasonable amount of time or if the item is damaged.
Items lost in the mail will be replaced at not additional cost to the buyer.
If the item is damages you must contact us within 5 business days after you receive the item. In most cases, we do request that the damaged item be returned to us but it will be at our expense. We will send you a return shipping label.
If you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact us to make arrangements. Buyer pays return shipping and we will refund the purchase price when we receive them.
Returns on custom items are on a case-by-case basis.
A NOTE ABOUT PERSONALIZED ITEMS
If you order an item that requires personalization, you may enter the information in the comments box in the ETSY part of the checkout. If you happen to forget, just send us an email or convo with the information.
If we do not receive the required information to complete the order and you hae not contacted us, we will contact you via a convo and/or email. If do not receive the necessary information to complete the order within 10 days, we will cancel the order.
We love creating custom orders and we will submit three very unique design directions. Depending on the complexity of the design, a small design fee may be added to the order. This typically does not apply for simple designs such as inspirational quotes. We can not duplicate material that is copyright protected.
