Unlike paper these labels won't smudge or stain, won't peal off in ice, are dishwasher and star-san safe, erasable and removable. Plenty of room to write brewing notes, share and remember. Reuse you labeled bottle over and over. Writable with a Garage Monk dry-erase marker - sold optional. Just fill up your bottle, bomber, growler or keg and fill in the blanks.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: When you add each item to your cart it will automatically discount or add the additional items shipping costs. My shipping costs also includes the packaging materials, Etsy's extra reposting fees and me personally going to the post office. It's a process, not just a stamp.

Domestic sticker label delivery is 1-2 weeks max unless requested sooner in your order. Printed Caps take 2-3 weeks (bottle necking). International customers please expect delays in your countries customs.

Garage Monk is not responsible for any late, lost or damage goods during shipping, handling or delivery.

If you need a tracking number, please request in your order.

Returned damaged items will be replaced or refunded on discretion of Garage Monk Inc. We can talk about it.

All payments excepted through Etsy only. No direct email or phone requests please.

Garage Monk prices reflect my time to create and personalize your unique product so please understand why orders have minimums. It's not just about the goods I provide, it also includes my professional expertise, time to converse, making and printing, materials, packing, postage and going to the post office.

Returns & exchanges

All sales final. And all products sold are guaranteed to work as described.

Customer (that's you!) is responsible for proofreading work before printing. No refunds for any printed item after it's designed or produced. Store credit available if your order is canceled prior to printing. (Just let me know ASAP.)

If I mess up after you already approved your order, I will fix, reprint and ship at my cost.

Returned items; Only accepted if severely damage by delivery. I do my best to pack orders securely, but caps and labels can slightly chip and scratch during printing or shipping. Returned damaged items will be replaced or refunded on discretion of Garage Monk.

Markers/Pens: GarageMonk marker sizes and types may vary. Removable with rubbing alcohol. If you get a dried up dud (rare) please let me know asap. You can try your own dry-erase marker or pencil too. Test them first.

Write-On Erasable labels; Not all markers or pens will be erasable or wash off completely - test them before use. Use a pencil or water-base marker , some dry-erase or other pens will not come off. Try rubbing alcohol to remove stubborn ink.

Additional policies

I will send you a proof for you to review and approve before I print your order. Please reply quickly so I can process, print and package pronto. If I do not receive an approval reply within 5 days of me sending a proof I will assume approval by default and process and ship as requested - but lets just approve it and not delay the smooth and lovely process of creativity!

At the moment I offer the personalizing of pre existing designs from my label and cap examples, and custom design services for a fee as listed. I will not print or use copyrighted or stolen materials aka images owned by others such as Disney, Mattel, Budweiser, etc. It's against the law and Etsy policy. (Don't buy it. It's stealing.)

Colors I offer may look slightly different on your computer screen. Our final printed colors will be close but please understand there will be slight variations from piece to piece. If you're ever in question, just ask me. No problem.

All art is © Garage Monk. Any use by customer is under limited use license only and no reproduction rights are granted without written permission. All original and customized art created for the customer remains property of Garage Monk unless noted otherwise. Any art provided by client remains property of original creator and is used with permission granted by customer prior to printing.
