Let us help you personalize your graduation cap! The size pictured above is an 8" monogram but can be adjusted according to your needs. Please select a color in the drop down when ordering and provide your monogram (first, LAST, middle) in the notes to seller at checkout.

*Graduation cap, tassel, and bow are not included*

1. Peel the back paper off of the decal, keeping the clear paper on top of the vinyl.
2. Decide where you would like to place the decal (make sure you note which side is front of the cap)
3. Place the decal on the cap lightly (the button was on the bottom of the center part of the B when we practiced with it)
4. Press the entire decal onto the cap. Use a credit card to scrape the decal on the cap while the clear covering is still on top of it.
5. After it has been scraped heavily then peel off the clear sheet on top.

Since the fabric of the cap is not tight, the decal will move along with the fabric it makes it look as if it is not adheared to the cap, but it is. Let us know if you have any questions!

The current processing time for ALL items is 7-14 business days. Please note that all items are personalized.

ALL items will include a tracking number and will be given the day the item has shipped. Our items are shipped list class mail (2-5 days).

Once an item is in the hands of USPS we have no control. You may contact them with your tracking number to check on delays or to file a claim. If you have questions we are here to help but there is only so much that we are able to do. If your item states it has been delivered on tracking but it indeed has not we suggest you call your local post office with your tracking number. Decals are shipped first class mail and do not include insurance. You may purchase insurance for an additional cost. *All items shipped priority automically come with insurance up to $100.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address it is the buyers responsibility to cover the shipping charges in order to ship to the corrected address.


We accept payment through Paypal and Direct Checkout. We also accept Etsy Gift Cards.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Any inquiries about refunds and exchanges must be received within 24 hours of purchase. All sales are said to be final, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work out a refund, exchange, or other solution.

Exchange Policy:
Personalized/customized items MAY NOT be exchanged unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Other non-custom items MAY be exchanged, but buyer must pay for return shipping and item must be returned in new, undamaged condition before a new item will be sent out.

Shipping Damages or Losses:

Items are carefully packaged, but in the rare event, your item arrives damaged, I generally just send a replacement to be added to your item. If you find any other type of damage, please send a note and a picture if possible.

If you don't see an example of something you are looking for, contact us and we can hand design something for you. If your item requires personalization, such as a monogram, you must follow the directions listed in the item description. If the initials are not provided in the way we ask, the risk of them being made improperly is greater. If the monogram is not provided at the time of the sale it will lengthen the time it takes to be shipped to you.
