Items will be rolled in tissue paper and packaged in sturdy boxes for shipment.

For domestic orders, next day delivery is available.

A custom order may take up to 21 days to be completed. An estimated shipping date will be corresponded to you.

Correspond the date that you might need the item(s) for, for instance birthday, anniversary or travel date. I will prioritize and ship accordingly.

To protect the buyer and me I'll always use the track and trace services at no additional cost.
All orders above 500 euro's/dollars an additional insurance will also be placed with the postal company at no additional cost.

Payments

I accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Etsy Gift Voucher wherever available.
I will ship orders within 3-5 workdays once payment is received.

Reservations on items are not possible at this time.

A custom orders is only available above 125 euros/dollars after payment has been received.

Upon reception of your ordered item, I have 14-day no questions asked cancellation policy. Meaning you may cancel your order in this 14-day timeframe with a total refund. This does not apply to custom items.
A cancellation form is included with every order.
