7 vintage Christmas note cards with envelopes - UNUSED - 1985 Current, Inc. card - scrapbook, junk journal, mixed media, letter writing
Current, Inc. was one of my favorite places to get cards and stationery when I was a young letter writer. Their items from the 1980s and 1990s are still some of my favorites!
This is a set of 7 unused Christmas cards that Current released in 1985. They are blank inside and feature a lovely gold embossed dove on the front with the words "peace on earth, good will toward men".
These card is in very nice condition with crisp edges all around. No real staining or marks are on the cards. The cards have not been signed or written on. They come with 7 original envelopes. They have been stored in their original box for the past 30 years, but I am selling them without the box, because the plastic lid is split apart and the box would make shipping more expensive.
The charm of these vintage cards make them so much fun to send, keep in a private collection, or to create new art with. If you buy these cards, I would love to know what you will do with them!

Additional Information about Ephemera Ever After cards and items:
I try to show any markings, creasing, tears or stains on my cards and items, but do not hesitate to contact me for a better description of any listing. These are mostly vintage cards, many stored for a very long time. In listings where you do not see the back or the inside of the card, do not assume it is 100% perfect. Most are in great shape, but a back might have an old elastic stain or a stray bit of old tape. There may be other small age marks/stains on a few, but not detracting from the images. Those imperfections are not common in my inventory, but you should expect that is possible with old paper and stationery from personal collections. I look for and find great items, and I try to represent their flaws well. I CAN PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PICTURES OF ANY ITEMS. Just ask! :)
My cards are usually mailed carefully, packaged with care in a manila folder cut to fit into a bubble envelope and mailed via US Postal Service. Even when I sell small cards and flat vintage items, I still package them this way. You might be tempted to ask me to put your small treasures into a regular envelope with cardboard, but those are intended for correspondence, and these are goods that I provide - so I ship them as such. It benefits both of us: I get a reliable shipping partner who will handle my item and save me the hassle of complicated mailing, and you know that your ephemera will arrive in just as lovely of condition as when I sent it. Plus, you get tracking my way. :)
I will combine other items for reduced shipping rates when possible. Please contact me to discuss shipping to countries other than the US! :)

I use Etsy's calculated shipping for the U.S. (all my items) and select countries (some items - not those in bubble mailers, only those in boxes). Contact me to discuss shipping to other countries I have not selected.
I will combine items for reduced shipping rates when possible.
When my calculated shipping is more than $1.50 over my actual cost to package and ship, I will refund the difference back through Etsy.
I take GREAT CARE in packaging up my treasures to send to my buyers. I use recycled packing materials, and try to ship as cheaply as possible, but some items can be very heavy!

Here are some general ways that I pack my items:
My greeting cards, paper items, and some thin books are mailed carefully and packaged with care in a padded envelope.
My larger items and bigger books are usually sent packed in boxes, again using recycled materials and fill.
I prefer to do all transactions through Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout. I do accept Etsy gift cards, and you can use all major credit cards through Paypal and Etsy.
