Made of a rich, hardwood, these Gobelin-style tapestry bobbins are silky smooth with a pointy tip for easy tapestry weaving. For holding weft. These can also be used with other looms for textured works and/or changes in color.

The Schacht bobbins (second and third pictures) are 8" long, 5/8" diameter at the widest point, and weigh about one ounce each. These are smoothly finished maple and available singly or in package of three.
Gobelin style bobbin in richly finished Rosewood - 7" long.
Ashford bobbins (pictured second to last) are sold as single and are smooth but unfinished, measuring 6" long, 3/4" diameter at the widest points, and weigh about one ounce each. Bottom has a convenient base for guiding with your fingers.
Mini hardwood tapestry bobbin (pictured last): Measuring only 5 3/8" long and only 3/8" wide at it's widest diameter - Great for small or narrow weaving. Low profile allows for gliding through your weft with little movement of your yarn/thread.
