All in stock items are shipped within 3- 5 business days. Most custom orders are Shipped within 5 to 7 days.
Before ordering -- please make sure that your address is updated through your etsy account. When placing the order, double check everything and make sure it is correct. If the address is not correct and it is returned, I will not be responsible for the cost to reship the item to the correct address. I am not responsible for lost packages due to postal errors. Tracking information for all packages is given at the time of shipping. I ship via US First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the order. I provide tracking information on all orders. If you need an items shipped international to a location not included in the listing please contact me for shipping info.
LOST OR DELAYED? If you suspect that your order has been lost or delayed and you have a tracking number for your item, please contact the USPS Track & Confirm customer service at 1-800-222-1811. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders

If the item is damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for return instructions (Talk to me). Upon return of the item, after inspection, I will repair or replace the item with a similar design, all of my pieces are one of a kind. I want you to be happy! Customer pays return shipping. I'm not responsible for lost or stolen items.
