U.S SHIPPING - USPS Priority Mail unless you ask for something different. Items weighing 13 oz. or less can ship USPS First Class mail, takes a little longer, but saves some money on shipping.
I am sorry I can't be responsible for the U. S. Post Office. If your order is delayed or lost after it is shipped, I am not responsible. If you have worries about the delivery, instruct me to purchase separate insurance on your items. Normally, runs about $2/$3 for up to $150 coverage.
RUSH FEES - I will accept rush orders and will burn the midnight candle for a rush fee of $20.00. USPS Express shipping available at $23 to $40 depending on your location and size of order. Message me before buying the item to be sure I can accommodate your request.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - I do accept international orders. If you do not see the option on a listing message me for a shipping quote.
Paypal, credit cards, debit cards and checks are accepted for payment.
Custom items will not be started until payment and measurements are received. Completion Date is calculated from completed order. measurements and payment received.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
PERSONALIZED ITEMS are non refundable unless it is due to an error on my part. If an error on my part occurs, garment should be returned within 7 business days in the same condition as received.
REQUEST CUSTOM ORDERS are non-refundable. Read thoroughly the custom order listing since your garment will be completed from that listing. You are responsible for being sure the details such as monogram, sizing, measurements and style of dress are correct.
CANCELLATIONS - If I have already ordered items or supplies for your design, I will only refund the remaining amount of your order. If I have begun the work on the order it can not be cancelled or refunded.
When items are returned shipping fees are paid by the customer.
My concern is for you and your order. I strive to give you the best service and quality product possible.
Normal processing time is 14 to 35 days from payment date and necessary measurements, and information is received. I may have to tell you something different depending on the style and number of your orders. Some dresses are more detailed and take longer than 35 days.
Multiple dresses/orders will add one to four weeks to the ship time. You will receive a personal message from me with your estimated ship date right after purchase. This date will be an estimate and not firm. I do make every effort to meet your required needed date. I can not control all circumstances.

In some matters I ask your help with the following:
If you talk to me about a custom order, it is not final until payment and measurements are received. If you order a style which is ankle/floor length I have to receive measurements to start the process of making your clothing.
When placing the order more than 2 days later, the shipping date I have estimated may change due to receiving other paid orders during those days. You may hold your estimated ship date by paying a non-refundable fee of $30 which will be deducted from your order placed. I will make every effort to meet your needed date. I can not control all circumstances.
If you order without messaging me first about your needed date and/or measurements, I may not be able to meet your needed date.
If you don't answer my messages in a timely manner (within 1 day), it will delay your order.
I am responsive to my messages and will let you know something quickly when you have questions. My answer will be based on what I know that day. I can not control all circumstances.
Please think through your order before it is placed. Changing your order after the order is placed presents a hardship and possibility the order will not be as you want.
When you place a custom order I will prepare a custom listing just for you with all the details we have discussed of the finished garment. Read thoroughly all the listing details since your garment will be completed from the custom listing. You will be given a custom listing after we finalize the details and payment must be made first before the order is complete.
