Most orders will ship within 2 - 3 days of order placement. Any delay will be communicated to the buyer in a timely manner.
Shipping methods vary depending on the item ordered, shipping destination, time of year, and other pertinent factors. Only reputable carriers are utilized such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Expedited shipping is available upon request at additional cost.
Some of our items are eligible for international shipping. We will provide international shipping quotes upon request. Please note that international shipping amounts do not include taxes, duties, customs or other fees that may be charged at the time of delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer / customer.
Credit Cards, Paypal and Etsy Gift Certificates are welcome. We cannot accept cash or personal checks at this time.
Sales Tax will be applied to orders shipping to Colorado only.
Returns & exchanges
We hope that every purchase made at Endeavour Toys meets or exceeds the buyers expectations and that a problem never arises. Despite our best efforts, and the efforts of the hard working mail carriers that we depend on, occasionally something unexpected may happen, or the buyer may change their mind about a purchase.
Errors / Defects If we make an error, or if the product is defective upon receipt, we will make it right. Simply send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt describing the problem and we will assist you in resolving the issue at no additional cost.
Shipping Damage If the mail carrier presents with a package that appears to have been kicked, run over or otherwise damaged, please request that they sign the packing slip to acknowledge the damage. If it is obvious that the contents of the package are also damaged, you should refuse delivery. If you are not home to accept delivery, and find a damaged box on your doorstep, please keep all packaging material until you are sure the contents of your package have not been damaged. If the contents of the package are damaged, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt describing the problem and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or otherwise resolving the issue.
Discretionary Returns If the buyer changes their mind after placing an order and the item has already shipped, we will be happy to assist with a return. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please note:

The buyer must contact us at email@example.com for return instructions. Our address for product returns is not the same as our mailing address and returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted, or may incur additional charges in order to redirect to the proper location.
Refunds for items returned to the proper address in new condition are based on the price paid for the product, less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not credited on discretionary returns.
