Purchase this listing to have your photo printed and inserted into your frame prior to shipping.

This listing must be purchased along with a frame from our shop. This listing alone does not include a frame. This listing is an upgrade to include along with your frame order if you would like us to print your photo for you and insert into your frame.

If you are ordering one frame, add a quantity of 1 of this listing in the same size as the frame you have ordered to your shopping cart.

If you are ordering more than one frame, add the quantity of each size you will need to your shopping cart.

We will print exactly what you send to us and we will not be held responsible for an image that we get that is out of focus or poor quality. For frame orders in size 3.5"x3.5", 5"x5", 7"x7" and 8"x8" we will have to print out a larger picture and trim it down to fit and will do our very best to make the focal point of your picture centered nicely into the frame. There will be no refunds.

Photo Tips:
- Send us an image that is in the same orientation as the frame you are ordering. Example: If you order a size 4x6 Landscape (horizontal orientation), we suggest you send us a picture that is also landscape/horizontal.
- Make sure your image is clear, crisp, and not dark.
- Do not send us an image that you have cropped. The more you crop and image, the larger that picture becomes and it the quality of the image will be reduced.

Average review
Photo was printed on a quality machine, and it was nice to have the gift ready to give when it came. The seller also took care in doing this, the photo was placed perfectly, and there were not fingerprints on the image/glass.

USPS EXPRESS SHIPPING is available and is an overnight shipping method to most locations within the USA. Please contact us for pricing and we will send you a link to make this payment. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (orders shipping outside of the USA): Standard shipping for any items purchased from our shop that are shipping to countries outside of the USA will ship via USPS First Class International Mail. Shipping time varies, and there are no delivery date guarantees. Transit time can usually take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, depending on the country you are in. If you need your order by a certain date, contact us and we can discuss faster shipping options for an additional charge. We are not responsible for any delays.

MORE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders may incur additional delays due to customs. We are not responsible for these delays. Additional taxes and fees may be charged by your country, and you will be responsible for these charges. We do not collect these fees or taxes. International customers pay this directly to their country, if applicable.

If USPS loses or damages your package, you are responsible for filing an insurance claim directly with USPS.

If your package is undeliverable to the shipping address you provided for any reason, your package will be returned to us and you will be required to pay for shipping again to get your package.

All of our items are handmade and made-to-order especially for you, therefor we DO NOT accept returns or refunds. An item that is damaged or made incorrectly due to our error will be replaced in a timely fashion once we receive all required information requested from the you. Please contact us about any damaged items or items completed incorrectly as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to rectify your order.

Additional policies

Please follow ordering instructions that are included in each listing carefully and include all required information in the "Notes to seller" section upon placing your order. If the information you provide is incomplete, this may delay your order and may ship out later than the current lead time displayed.

Please double check all spelling and dates for personalized orders. Hello Gorgeous Décor cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided to us for personalized orders, so please make sure this information is correct. We cannot accept a return/exchange for an item made incorrectly due to the customer providing us with the wrong information.

CUSTOM ORDERING - If you place an order from a frame listing in our shop but want to make changes to the wording that is shown on the frame, you must write very detailed instructions on what changes you want made in the notes to seller section at check out. It is your responsibility to tell us what words to remove from the frame that are currently shown, and what words to add. Your frame comes with the wording that is shown on the frame listing you order from. If you want what is shown to be changed or removed, you are required to tell us that in the notes to seller section at order placement.

If you are customizing your order to include a different frame color and a different ribbon color than what is shown in the listing photo, please be sure to include the frame color name/number and ribbon color name/number in the "Notes to seller section" upon check out. Both the name and number is required. If you do not include both the names and numbers and your information to us is unclear, your order may be delayed and ship later than the current lead times displayed.

We do not honor cancellation requests unless you contact us within 15 minutes of order placement.

We may not be able to honor any changes to your order that you email to us after an order is placed. We start processing your order right away, so often times changes cannot be honored.

Please do not place an order until you have decided on all your colors and wording.
