Returns & exchanges
The following policy listed below is the reason why all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Listed Items: Please, view the photo(s) of the item(s) as closely as possible. Read all the descriptions. I wish for complete satisfaction is why I try my best to list every item as accurate as I can.
Vintage Items: Same policy for all vintage items. They have been around for quite some time so understand the conditions they are in.
Lost item(s): This would be a very sad event to happen to both of us. Unfortunately, we know these things may happen and we both do not have control of it but I am sorry I am not responsible for lost item(s). But please contact me immediately (within 24 hours) so I may file a claim with the post office (lease understand the post office claims service can be time consuming). I will try my best to keep you updated if I do hear a response from them.
Damaged item(s): Like I've mentioned before, I love and treasure all my merchandise and I carefully package them. I make sure the post office know how important and fragile the item(s). This too would leave us both sad and we know we have no control of the mailing service. Though I am not responsible for damaged item(s) when received, I do need you to please contact me immediately (within 24 hours) so I may file a claim with the post office (please understand the post office claims service can be time consuming). Before I can provide you a refund for the cost of the item(s), I require photos of the damaged item(s) and returned to me properly packaged with a tracking number. No shipping cost will be refunded.
