For fastest clearing processing service, I accept PayPal Direct or you can easily pay with your Credit Card through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can use their guest checkout for fast checkout services.
Note: VISA, MC, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, Credit Cards: items will not be started until payment is cleared by the bank, that can take 3 to 5 days and can possibly hold up your order. Will not ship till bank clears the transaction.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I want you to be 110% Completely Happy. If for some reason your not please let me know, I would like to make it right for you.
If you would like to CANCEL your order you have 3 days, you can cancel if I have not ship out the order, I like to ship ASAP so to make sure to meet your party date. If your order has ship out and I give you a tracking number no cancellation can be undone.
Shipping: "If your package is shown as "delivered" and you have not received it please contact me ASAP. I will give you the info needed to research your package through your USPS. The post office takes mail theft very seriously!"...I have not had one issue.
If something is damaged in shipping please provide pictures of the damaged item and I will do my best to correct the problem.
I do not accept returns if the item or items are Custom made for you. If you place a Custom order NO REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED, or upon my approval there will be a 25% restock fee that would pay for material, shopping time, gas and making your order.
If you want to return something after your Party Date, no REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
